PRINT FAQS

  • I firmly believe that Limited Edition prints have that "something else" - a unique Kudos that open edition prints lack.

Although Limited Edition prints are generally far more expensive, I have purposely gone against convention and priced them as per the lesser "Open Edition" option.

I am determined to create AFFORDABLE ART FOR ALL and wanted to get my work into the hands and homes of real people who want beautiful art. This way everyone can afford one of my unique hand crafted fine art photographs.

Limited Edition prints go up in value the closer they become to selling out so you will be getting better value.

Limited Edition Prints: Only a certain number of prints will ever be produced in that "specific edition" and when they are sold, they will never be reproduced again.

  • Each image is printed with a white boarder to allow the image to "breath" - the bottom border will be wider to incorporate embossing stamp, image details, unique edition number and artists signature.

In addition to this all of my fine art photography prints are embossed with my studio logo and are hand signed to add a touch of individuality and to it's show authenticity, and increase it's value.

IF YOU ARE OLD THAT IS 16.5" x 23.4"

  • This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on how the print is stored and displayed, as well as the temperature, humidity and exposure to pollution.

Giclee prints last around 40 years in an average home. In low light conditions they should last over 100 years.

I personally recommend that you hang your print in a part of the house which is not consistently exposed to direct sunlight or prolonged humidity

For this reason I also do not recommend hanging prints in a bathroom.

  • The first thing i would say is ---- handle with the UTMOST care !

Photographic prints are easily damaged, both physically and also simple things like grease from fingers can make lasting marks and decrease the prints lifespan.

As prints are rolled and sent in a tube for safety, the longer they stay in their packaging the harder it is for a framer to "uncurl" them.

I "strongly" recommend taking your artwork to a reputable framers at your earliest convenience as this will help in the framing process.
